PEEK is a kind of thermoplastic resin with the characteristic of hot-setting resin, which is a crystalline polymer and melting point at 334 º C.
Corrosion resistance: Except for the concentrated sulfuric acid.
Frictional resistance: Applied in a variety of harsh condition.
High temperature resistance: Long-term use of 260 º C of UL standard certification.
Fire resistance: UL 94 V-0 of flammability rating.
Hydrolysis resistance: Resistance to steam at 250 º C and high pressure water.
Electrical performance: Stable performance over a wide temperature and frequency range.
Radiation resistance: Beta and gamma radiation dose to 109Rad
(unit of radiation absorbed dose of 1Gy =100Rad)
